Serving as a virtual marketplace, it allows users to buy and sell a variety of properties seamlessly. By replacing traditional floor trading and phone-based real estate transactions, the platform offers the convenience of trading from anywhere. Within the platform, PlotX Trade can be digitally bought or sold between registered users. Each Plot X Trade is assigned a unique name or reference ID, representing a specific property investment opportunity.

You may be required to complete certain documents and agreements, either in digital or physical form. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure the smooth execution of all such requirements. KYC compliance is mandatory for every member, along with bank account verification.

Each property listed on the PlotX Trade Platform will have a Market Value announced during its launch period. During this phase, the property price will be fixed at its market rate. Once all units are sold, the property will be made available on the marketplace with minimum and maximum prices set by PlotX Trade. The property’s value may increase over time, depending on its physical development and other market factors.
